All Sermons and Messages, Music, Song Lyrics, Chord Sheets, and Sheet Music published by Jaxson Harlan Ministry are made freely available for personal use and for public use by individuals and Christian ministries.
Music, Song Lyrics, Chord Sheets, and Sheet Music These materials may be freely downloaded, shared, performed, and used without charge, provided they are not changed, altered, edited, or renamed in any way, and proper credit is given to Jaxson Harlan Ministry (JHM).
Sermons and Messages Clergy and Elders of Christian ministries are permitted to create derivative works (adaptations, edits, or expansions) of the Sermons and Messages for use in their own ministry context, provided that proper credit is given to Jaxson Harlan Ministry (JHM) as the original source.
All other users may use the Sermons and Messages freely but may not alter them.
This arrangement is based on a modified Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives framework for music-related materials, with limited derivative rights granted only to recognized Clergy and Elders for Sermons and Messages.
