JaxsonHarlan.com is a Christian ministry site. It exists to share Gospel music, teaching, and free tools for the Church. We do not sell your information. We do not run a storefront on this site.
Who we are

What we collect
You give us your name and email if you sign up for the JHM digital magazine or write to us, plus whatever you put in a form, email, or Facebook message.
The site and radio may collect ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages, time), cookies WordPress or the host need to run the site, and a stream connection if you press play. The radio host (Asura Hosting / AzuraCast) sees that connection. That is how internet radio works.
We do not ask for payment cards here. You do not need an account to listen, read, or download resources.
How we use it
To send the magazine or a reply you asked for. To keep the site and radio running. To see, in general, what is used. We do not sell personal information. We do not rent the magazine list.
Who else sees it
The website host and the radio host. Apps such as TuneIn or myTuner if you open the station there — their policies apply, and we do not give them your magazine list. Facebook if you click that link. An email service if we send the quarterly letter. The law, if we must.
Cookies
Essential cookies may keep pages and the administrator login working. You can block cookies in the browser. Some features may stop.
Children
Sunday school tools are for teachers and families. We do not collect children’s data for marketing.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the magazine. Ask us for a copy, a correction, or a deletion of what we hold, subject to Alberta and Canadian law (including PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA where they apply). Close the player to end the stream.

Unless a file says otherwise, you may download, print, play, and share the music, chord sheets, messages, and classroom tools for personal, family, congregational, and non-commercial ministry use. Clergy and teachers may adapt sermons and lessons with credit to Jaxson Harlan Ministry. You may not sell the files, claim them as your own, wrap them in a paid product, or scrape the site or stream for another commercial service. Copyright stays with the authors. This is a licence, not a sale.
The radio is an internet stream. We do not promise it will never drop. Directory apps are run by those companies. The stream is not a substitute for a local church.
If you give an email, you ask us to write. You may leave the list at any time.
Do not use the site or stream to break the law or harm the host. Links off this site follow their own terms.
Messages and songs are ministry teaching, not legal, medical, or financial advice.
The site and radio are provided as is. To the extent Alberta law allows, we are not liable for loss from using them or from a player, listing, or download that fails.
These terms follow the laws of Alberta and Canada. Courts in Alberta have jurisdiction except where the law says otherwise.
